It will go in the left sidebar - The first three will go above the TLA ad, just below the Archives, any more will go below it. You can supply the ad yourself (I strongly recommend this ) as long as it is 150 pixels wide and no more than 30 high, in either PNG, GIF or JPG format.

The article must be original in the sense you cannot cut & paste it from your blog (Google really doesn’t like duplicate content), but you can just re-write an existing post, or even just promote your own blog and site. You’ll still get your normal links as described in the above pages, and as Blog-Op is currently a PR4 they’re worth having I think. iWebTool says I might even go PR6 in the next update, so the links could be worth even more…(though I’ll count that particular chicken when the egg is well hatched!).
