Back from holiday and it already seems like a distant memory We had a good time, although the summer in the UK is pretty much non-existent this year, with 24 hour a day rain seeming to be the only weather we’re going to get.

Many thanks to all those of you who wrote guest posts, and it was great to see the comments and discussion carrying on in my absence. Thanks also to Alison who popped in behind the scenes to weed out any spam that slipped through.

I have 500 emails to wade through, most of which (like my paper mail) are spam and have altogether too much reading to catch up with on my feeds. I shall soldier on, and put up the results to my little competition later.
