A Claire Disclaimer:This tip is for Blogger.com Blogs, some work for Classic (old) Blogger some don’t.
Me again with another lightning fast blogger quick tip!
When you are writing a post for publishing at a later date, you need to change the time and date of your post. You don’t want it to appear below an older post now do you?
So click on post options once you have finished writing your post.

Then you can adjust the time and date, now wasn’t that nice and easy!
Let me know if it wasn’t

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackThankyou Claire that was easy!
great tip thanks
This is what I use to have posts appear during the work day.
I don’t have time to write posts at work, but that is the time of day that most people are surfing the web (lol), so I write posts at night, and have WordPress publish them sometime the next morning or afternoon. Brilliant! Thanks for brining this up Chris.
Thanks guys!
I wish we could do that on blogger.com Matthew, but i haven’t found that shortcut yet!
This is my excellent post, not chris’s!
I already knew that Claire. I thought I better get over here and post something or you would skin my hide
Thanks for the Tip Claire!
I have a question not related to it though. I don’t know if it is for you or Chris.
Given that that was a relatively short post, even including the picture, why do you include the continue reading break on the main page? I personally think they are kind of distracting, and that they are especially disrupting for RSS feeds. I would think that, especially for shorter posts, you would to make it as easy as possible for readers to see your info so that they stay around.
But then again, I’m still new to the blogging thing, so that’s why I’m asking
Scott, it’s an excellent question, and one I asked of others in this poll.
You may be interested in the comments left on that post, and the post of Francescos that I linked to which offers an alternative view.
Speaking for myself, I do only save them for the longer posts.
Its my bad!
I thought this way people could just continue reading if they wanted to or scroll on past.
Should i change it?
Not necessarily Claire,as you can see from the poll people have no rigid opinions on them.
Personally I wouldn’t put them on a post less than 2 paragraphs, but it’s really your choice.
