Although they’re sitting in my blogroll, I like to highlight my favourite links occasionally, so here’s five blogs I like and have learnt a lot from. Do visit, have a read, and if you like them don’t forget to subscribe to their feed. Or come back here…
- Dosh-Dosh. Maki’s blog is one of the best out there on the subject of making money online. Updated virtually everyday (How does he do it? We should be told!) Dosh Dosh has led me to various schemes which have actually made me money. Everything is tried out and comprehensively reviewed, scams avoided, and affiliate links clearly pointed out. This post on adsense ready WP themes is typical of the helpful, but personal content. An essential daily read.
- JohnTP. John is only 23, yet has been making a living from blogging for over a year now. His blog is full of tech tips, tutorials and hints and tips on making money, and improving your blog. John has led me to loads of useful things for WordPress, and usually has the latest news and fixes. Check out his series of posts on increasing your blog traffic.
- Blog About Your Blog. Sign up for a free account with them and do just that. As an author you can write posts promoting your own blog, or just about blogging in general. Since Matthew switched to a Wordpress self-hosted blog this year, the site has gone from strength to strength. Also as part of BAYB are some excellent forums, enabling you to discuss all matters blogging with fellow bloggers.
- CosminPTR. Cosmin is a regular contributor to Blog-Op and runs an excellent blog focussed on working from home, with lots of good information on blogging, as the two are becoming more and more linked these days. Most articles are based on Cosmins experiences (which makes them that much more valuable) and are very readable. Check out this post on work from home discipline - I know just what he means.
- Money Online. A new blog read for me, but quickly becoming one of my favourites. Initially focusing on making money (obviously), there are some quality posts on improving your general blogging like this one on quality content.
Well, they’re mine, what are yours? Let me know what other blogs I should be reading (including yours) in my comments, and I’ll check them out.
