Last weeks poll on post excerpts didn’t really set the world on fire (unsurprisingly) with nearly 80% not being bothered by them, the majority as long as they are used in moderation.

The thing I found most interesting is that no-one chose the option of being a feed reader and being unaffected by them. Does this mean none of my subscribers voted, or that you chose a different option?

I haven’t used excerpts on this blog yet, but I may do for longer posts. I’m not sure they’re really needed on a post of this length for example.
